By engaging our digital marketing agency services, visiting our web applications, or utilizing our marketing tools, you confirm your full compliance with and binding agreement to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and corporate entities engaging with our marketing operations. If you disagree with any portion of these binding conditions, you are required to discontinue service usage immediately.
2. Scope of Services & Intellectual Property
WebNexa provides strategic marketing services including search engine optimization, pay-per-click management, content generation, and funnel architecture. All original campaign methodologies, analytical templates, proprietary code structures, and digital assets crafted by WebNexa remain the intellectual property of the agency until all contractual balances are fully settled. Upon full financial settlement, clients receive exclusive usage rights for all client-specific campaign assets produced during the operational engagement.
3. Service Terms & Adjustments
Digital marketing involves dynamic third-party ecosystems, search engine algorithm updates, and shifting market auction costs. WebNexa executes campaigns according to high industry standards; however, external algorithm modifications remain outside direct agency control. Clients acknowledge that search engine positions, social platform policies, and customer ad cost variations fluctuate dynamically based on broader industry conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WebNexa, its directors, or its strategic affiliates be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from digital campaign delays, platform-level ad account suspensions, or external server downtime. Total agency financial liability across all combined claims shall not exceed the fees paid by the client to WebNexa during the preceding three-month billing cycle under active contract.
